Help out there
My partner is suffering from constant mucus and a niggly cough even after 6 months after the treatment had finished?
Get nowhere asking anybody here I can tell you,we were dismissed after all the radiotherapy and chemotherapy was finished.
He came back from the latest check up and he was promptly unwell.Who tells us that the immune system is low and that to be careful?
He fell down, balance and vision awful and had a severe chest infection.
Still unsteady and unconfident when walking.a real nightmare.
What to do? I need some help and reassurance too.I am the carer and we live in France.
Just a rant sorry as it is becoming too much for me too.
Thank you all.good night.

Hi , sorry to hear about the problemws your partner has been having, don't really know what to suggest as we have no experienece of treatment in France but it might be possible someone in our Living with cancer outside the UK group and there might be some generic sugestions you might get from Ask a Nurse.
Fingers crossed things get easier soon.
<<hugs>>
Steve
