I am seeking urgent advise. I am a 53 year old man. My PSA was tested and the result was: 7.5. Subsequently, a tumor on my prostate has been identified. Biopsy taken.

I have been experiencing numbness on my scrotum and on the tip of my Penis. I am unable to orgasm and cannot climax/ejaculate.

I went to see a urologist. My PSA level were 7.5. A tumor on my prostate was found Yesterday. And a biopsy has been taken.

I will only get the results of the seven working days.

Does the fact that my PSA was so high and the fact that tumor was found, definitely mean Cancer?

Would someone please try to give me a percentage of Cancer likelihood?

Should it be cancer, how will it be treated. And how long does treatment usually take?

Please, as you can imagine, I am in severe distress.

I would really appreciate a response soon, please.
