Members of the Online Community have shared how helpful getting outside and walking has been for their mental health and wellbeing, even if it’s only a few steps around the garden or a few quiet moments in nature.
This thread is a space for anyone in the Online Community to share those moments. You’re welcome to:
There’s no pressure, targets, or competition. The idea is simply to encourage one another, share the small moments that help, and enjoy some of the wellbeing benefits that can come from fresh air, movement, and time spent outdoors.
Morning - and what a lovely morning it is to! Just got back from a lovely walk with the dog around two local parks. It is good to see a little green tinge in the grass again!

The little lake has filled up a bit as well.
All the best for the weekend

Another wonderful Sunday morning and Yoga in the Park.
I cannot recommend this enough to get the body moving and some peace into your mind. It’s only my fourth time ever going to yoga but at the age of 69 I have found something new and stimulating ( and very twisty!!). A great bunch of folk, of all ages and levels of competence and a lovely teacher. Hopefully the wet weather will hold well into next month so it can continue.

Hi KrisPy
It’s so good to hear that you’ve made it to your fourth yoga session! It sounds like you’ve found something you’re really enjoying, and it’s lovely to hear about the benefits you’re already getting from it.
Hopefully the weather stays kind and you’re able to enjoy plenty more sessions.
Hi KrisPy. Good photo of River Tay & the Wade Bridge. Pity you didn’t see any beavers. Going up to Glasgow a week today & then on to Aviemore on the Saturday. I’ll keep an eye out for beavers when I’m up there. Enjoy the rest of your break in Aberfeldy.
Best wishs
Andy.
Hello KrisPy
I am further down the River Tay on the Fife Coastal Path looking across the River to Dundee. This is the railway bridge. The stumps of the bridge that collapsed in 1879 are on the far side.
Enjoy your break

Best wishes - Brian.
