Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Miss our cat, he was a walking enigma, he had the fire brigade called out twice for him whilst he was at the vet having treatment, he had to be cut out of their wall units twice, luckily they didn't charge me
He was off the scale eccentric. Miss him everyday as he could judge you with a mere flick of his eyes and face if displeased so funny.
He was black and very like the Egyptian statues, he was regal, mad in an instant and could bust out of cat carriers he was so huge!
Thank you, l even tried night time tea with all shorts of herbs, changed the bedding at 3am as l thought fresh bedding might cheer me up and get off to sleep. Ah well, it was funny at the hospital earlier too that evening. A chap not all that well was trying to get into all the beds with everyone he was a bit not quite sure what he was doing, but it distracted us a bit. Hubby said l hope he doesnt get in my bed in the night as l have the drip in my arm !?
Yes trying to keep a normal mind set. Hope hubby got his clean t shirt on when they unplugged him for scan as he couldn't get it off for a bit with the tubes. I had said l could cut off the t shirt but the only thing would fit easily would be one of those tabard pinnys tea ladies used to wear, with snap poppers at sides, we laughed. He said I'd look like a male stripper, we really laughed.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
