Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Dingg.
I think his CNS is present at the MDT meeting and all the information is passed on to hubby's team. Everything that's known about him should be on the NHS system as a matter of course, enabling his records to be accessible should he need to go to A&E, just as an example. You could mention about his autoimmune issues to put your mind at ease, then you'll know they've got all the info.
Everything crossed for next Tuesday, but in the meantime, difficult as it is, try to focus on other things. We'll all be here for you sweetheart xxx
Aw, I absolutely adore birds of all shapes and sizes and feed our visitors every day. They're fabulous to watch, and the starlings antics make us laugh too.
All ok here thanks hon, and when I've finished in the kitchen we'll find something to watch on TV.
Try to relax over the next few days, as they'll pass before you know it. Sparrow watch should provide some free entertainment. Big hugs to you both xxx
Robins are a personal favourite of ours, Sonia as we like to think there's a connection to my late mam. They're so friendly too! We live near a Greenway, so birds aplenty, but we've only seen a heron nearby twice - a real sight to behold. I'm glad you're another bird lover here sweetheart xxx
