Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Well that's good, having a support network on the home front, so to speak, but do utilise the team I'm assuming has been assigned to your dad. I'd use his CNS as the first port of call for all things medical, dietary and such, or any appointments he may get if you're unsure. Just make sure you get all the phone numbers you'll need, but you could quite easily have done all this already. If so, at least you know where to go for assistance. And of course you want your dad - I felt exactly the same about mine. I was the youngest of three but we had a special bond as we were so alike. It's going on eleven years since he passed but I still think about him all the time. Yours is still here so make him happy by just being you, as I reckon that's what he wants. It's tough but it will start to get a little better once the initial shock subsides and fingers crossed it does. Don't let your health slide further and try to look after yourself as well xx
I know! But equally we have nothing to offer new signings… and we have a lot of players to get rid of first.. we’ll be the last minute drama at the end of the transfer window..
I hope so! We need a Roy Keane type back in there to sort them all out

I hope this explanation helps.
