Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Lovely story Rose. I'm not a driver myself, but have only heard bad things about traffic wardens - they're also depicted on TV as the devil's own spawn! I wonder why they were so helpful - you weren't wearing a crown by any chance were you? xxx
I wondered that too…. Then decided they thought I was a little old woman
I don’t see myself like that….until I look in the mirror
Aw Rose, I'm sure they thought you were a VIP. But if you're right, the next time you spy the Yellow Peril lurking, start hobbling around to avoid potential parking fines. If it works, it's all good sweetie xxx
I try to avoid mirrors Rose, as my reflection scares the living daylights out of me! xxx
Now if I looked like that, I'd quit whinging. She's also got a lot more hair than me!
The other notable non-medical thing about today is that when I got home I discovered I’d left my front door key in the lock!! So lucky again….
I'd say that's me about 30 years ago - my down the rattle era accelerated with alarming speed exactly 18 months ago! I've stopped bothering with slap, as like a dilapidated old shack, I can't paint over the cracks. I'll pretend the wrinkles are laughter lines xxx
