Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Aww, she’s just beautiful Pepper. What a good idea getting a painting by numbers-we’ll need to see it when you’re finished it. She’s a wee smiler!

Lying in bed trying to sleep, mind racing, storm outside. Suddenly realised the sound of dripping water too close to me
water coming through ceiling light fitting onto carpet right by my bed ….. light switch off, come to get bucket….something else other than cancer to worry about!
Oh Rose, if it's not one thing, it's another. The wind and rain are horrible. Just don't turn the light on!
I'm listening to my OH (thankfully in the spare room) coughing and spluttering with some cold I do not want you catch before my first treatment next week!
Hopefully, the rain will subside soon. It looks like the rain should be lighter now all over the UK. Sending hugs
Julie xx
