Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I am hoping you do to. I am all settled in for the night. Nightmare day as new sofa wont fit up the stairs (townhouse) even though the model we got, the arm comes off to make it easier. Well men came to deliver and I said 3 times take the arm off. They said it dont, I said it does, they said dont....so on and so on..in the end they stood there and said it wont go up. I said I guess not, so you will have to take it back.
So no new sofa for us and the saga will start with dfs tomorrow to see what I can do....just thought I give you something boring to read about my day to help you sleep lol xx
I'll probably be up at some point Pepper so chat if you need to.
I love a heated blanket. I also have an under sheet electric blanket on a timer. I don't use them at the same time mind you!
All those strategies sound great to induce sleep. I also use This Works Pillow Spray. The power of lavender! I'm not sure it does much really but it make me happy and I feel a bit pampered!!
Hope you manage to get some well deserved sleep xx
Honestly. I was like I ordered this particular style because the arms comes off. I even ordered it innthe show room and specifically asked about remvable arms.
They stood there moving and lifting like a 8 year old trying to carry a bowling ball....then stood in the hallway for 10mins. I just gave up after repeating the same instruction of take the arm off!!! Lol
Its nice to talk about everyday things as we still have things to be doing, planning and sorting xx
