Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Kez The snow didn't come to much here either, but a sneaky, bitter wind put a chill in the air when I was out shopping. It's warm indoors though, and I bought some new lounging gear for us both as Valentine's treats.
Just a peek of sun here, but you enjoy yours my lovely xxx
Morning all
We've got sunshine
We were out early for a CT at Buckland hospital in Dover, not for me today but for Alan. It was his second one as part of the lung health screening as he's an ex- smoker. Afterwards we rewarded ourselves with breakfast at a favourite café in Deal.
I've got a follow-up CT tomorrow at Kent & Canterbury, got to be there at 9:15 so another early start. It's Remy's (grandson) 2nd birthday tomorrow so we'll be heading to theirs afterwards.
Hopefully you've all slept well and hugs for those having treatment.

Sunshine in Wimbledon as well today and we’ve got some daffodils just starting to bloom. I’m looking forward to spring it’s my favourite season. It’s my eldest son’s 40th on Monday so we are having a couple of days celebrating. Got the youngest son coming to stay this evening with his wife and our three grandchildren…plus 2 dogs. I’m really looking forward to seeing them we haven’t seen them since Christmas hopefully the weather will stay sunny. Good luck with your scans and enjoy your family time

Hi Linda You've got lots of lovely stuff to celebrate over the next few days, so have the best time my lovely.
Spring's a glorious season with everything coming back into bloom, and I was made up when our snowdrops came out the other week. Enjoy your family, not forgetting the dogs xxx
