Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thank you don't seem to be able to sleep tonight y sister is in the royal Liverpool tomorrow under going a scan .i so worry for her . just wish i was well enough to hold her hand like she has got me
Aw no Lynne is she the sister who's been helping you through your treatment? Life's so unfair but I'm not surprised you're not able to sleep, as you'll be worried sick for her. But it's for the best that she's having the scan, then the problem can be sorted sooner rather than later.
The best thing you can do for her right now is to get some rest, then you'll be able to see her sooner when you're well enough yourself. Wishing your lovely sister all the best and you try to relax and hopefully sleep my lovely. Big hugs to you both xxx
Thank you for your kind words they mean so much .this is a worrying time for us .we are so close like they say it would not be punch with out judy .
Try not to worry doll, she'll be in good hands, I'm sure. Hey, you're not the only one having a rough night - I've just had to see to my poor OH as he's having mucous problems. I told him it's going on for two o clock and to stay in bed as long as he wants. Ay dear, we are a sorry bunch right now Lynne, but not alone at least. I've put one of the audio books on, recommended by bravetony, so I'll see if that works to get me off.
Now if you're Punch, you try to sleep for your Judy as she'll appreciate that. Night night hon, think only nice thoughts xxx
Sending you hugs hope you and your oh get some sleep tonight x
