Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hope it goes well today and tomorrow Lynne. Nice that your sister can be with you for your chemo when my sister was having hers she wasn’t allowed anyone to be with her as there wasn’t enough room.
Sending hugs xxx

Morning Helen
Good luck with your appointment this morning and hoping it goes well my lovely - then you and Paul can enjoy your lunch.
I got a couple of hours in but it's par for the course - I guess a lot of us here are seasoned insomniacs for one reason or another! Big hugs to you both xxx
Morning Leocat Wow, you've got a busy life my friend! I could never keep up with all that, so well done you.
You must have been devastated when Leo passed, on top of everything else going on, but rejoice that you gave him the best of his nine lives - that's how we're going to do it when my daughter's very elderly boy makes his journey over the bridge.
Enjoy PMQs and seeing your girlfriend on Wednesday - you can always have a kip during the former if the debates aren't spicy enough! Hugs my friend xxx
Hi there, Newby here, undergoing immunotherapy on a six weekly basis about 18 months in but my sleeping patterns are all over, feeling sleepy generally around 7/ 8pm always ready for bed but generally go to bed at 10pm and now waking up around 2-30am and totally restless previously under the same treatment I'd sleep uninterrupted for 8 hours same medication!
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
