Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Good evening Rojam, and a very warm welcome to our group
Sorry it took so long to reply but I was engrossed with the football. Anyway, your post came through fine, and our lovely Lynne has given you the answer how to reply. If you fancy a chat we're here xxx
Hi you been busy today.i have done nothing but sit on me bum carnt wait for it to warm up and go out and about on with an my sister we go to a lovely park cup of tea slice of cake we are like two magers on our scooters .but it's fun
Hi Lynne that sounds good, going for a cuppa and cake, two of my favourites. No lass, I've not been that busy today, just shopping and tidying round.
We watched the football tonight but lost in the final couple of minutes, so that didn't go down well and I couldn't put here what I had to say at the final whistle. I'm over it now, just about, and OH made me laugh before he went up, so normal service resumed. Aye, it's cold all right and I'm a bit concerned about snow on Friday as we've got an appointment we really can't miss. But if the weather stops us, nothing we can do about it. Ce la vie.
Have you any plans for tomorrow, or just staying in to keep warm? That's what we'll be doing. Big hugs xxx
