Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I'm good thanks.
My treatment is all done now and the docs tell me I'm good so I'm just left with a couple of side effects from radiotherapy & chemo and those I can deal with.

One of my brothers was born on Christmas day so Mum did Christmas Dinner at lunch time then we had a birthday tea complete with cake at tea time. Boxing day was spent digesting it all

Morning Helen ️
Good lass, for being sensible and getting some sleep. What a bonus, having a Christmas day birthday to celebrate when you were all at home - double goodies.
With yours cooking goose reminded me we've never tasted it, but we drool like mad when it's featured on festive cooking shows. If they weren't so big we'd definitely try one. Have a cracking day xxx
Morning Lynne
Hope you managed to get some sleep. I got a fair few hours in but will get cracking soon and go shopping.
A bit nippy this morning, so keep warm and have a lovely day xxx
I thought it would be Helen. My youngest once bought us a consignment of meat and a duck was included. I'd never cooked one before so made a bit of a hash of it - result - the poor bird was too dry and the eagerly awaited golden skin resembled a wrinkly prune. We still scoffed it though. xxx
Im liverpool too. Just off to watch grandson play football, got my wellies and waterproofs on. Lovely day for ducks
