Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning Gill, no we haven't crossed the border into Mexico, the "worldwide" travel insurance excludes Mexico so better not risk it.
Here's another 'photo you might like, this is sunset from our temporary house garden (called a back yard here) from a couple of days ago. The mountains in the distance are part of the Catalinas.
Only 3 sleeps to go before we're back in the UK. Time flies.

Wowsers! That's an awesome sunset Derek. Just showed it to LOH and he's super impressed, also with the glorious birds from earlier It's not just members here who get treat by yourself, Eddie and Steve to holiday snaps.
Now that's a shame about Mexico as I thought you'd both be decked out in ponchos, sombreros and fake moustaches for the occasion. But then you could have been carted off as crazed tourists, so just as well. It's a puzzler why Americans call gardens back yards, even when they resemble something out of Kew. I'll look it up.
Aye time flies my friend, but within a few days of coming home you'll feel glad to be there xxx
I went to bed at about 10.30 and went out like a light. I got up and looked out at about 3ish and they were all gone. They'll be back tonight as they haven't finished so I'll repeat my strategy and hopefully it will work again.
I've got my diabetic foot check later this morning then off to see my friend who's had her last radiotherapy session this morning.
