Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning all
It's great to hear about all the travel plans even if it's not far from home. A change of scenery does wonders.
This morning we're having grandson, Remy (20 months) while DiL, Ashleigh, takes granddaughter, Thora, (3) to look at a primary school for next September. After that we're going to Canterbury for lunch and a mooch.
I had a broken night with cramp but walking around helped relieve it.

Morning briars, and sorry about your arm, but from someone who's been going to the hospice for a couple of years, I'd recommend them to everyone, they do support, craft/activities and therapies for out patients, which are great, so hopefully you too will be enjoying them soon.

Hmm... love the quote:
I heard a quote the other day by Margaret Atwood, I think: "Men are frightened women will laugh at them - women are frightened men will kill them."
Do I earn an extra Night Owl badge for getting Gerry Rafferty who sang 'Night Owl'. Yes I know...a big Hmm... for me!
Fancy you thinking about my toilet dilemma! Hmm...
I like using Hmm...(Quite a lot in my diaries).
Steve (SteveCam)
Morning Steve, again.
Here's an extra owl point for getting Gerry R. Hmmm...
Your dilemma made me think that a lot of women are scared of some blokes' intentions and behaviour - I've got one in my archives that could have turned nasty. Anyway, after my own owl time activities I slept in, only to be woken by the lunatic next door in full flow. Life is sweet. Hmmm...
Have a great day fella xxx
