“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I had a very wakeful night but it was the Indian Takeaway we shared with son, DiL & grandkids

Hope you're well my lovely 
I'm a bit 'off' just now - the dreaded waiting for scan results. We all know a bit too much how they affect the flow, but I keep looking in to see how everyone's doing. Have you got any plans for today? Hopefully, I'm calling at my eldest's for a catch-up and H is planning on watching the rugby on TV. Riveting times
