Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Eddie, that's fab news about all the appointments being before January 10th, so Scotland could well be on. Wakey was ok, apart from the upcoming wait, but I was really narked about the incident with Walter, and could have crowned LOH with it at the time. Same as I'd like to do to his Oz tribe if they show up again.
I don't know why I call inanimate objects he or him, but Eddie Copper, or Copper Eddie, sounds like a PC or someone who goes round thieving metal. Neither are that appealing my friend xxx
It's not unusual to give names and genders to inanimate objects my friend, it's compulsory to call ships her, and give them a name, being the classic, I read about Walter, and your Aussie in-laws, strewth you don't want them turning up, and there's always the bloody waits my friend, anyway I have Mandys kids till she gets home tomorrow and it's their bed time, so bye for now, XX
Eddie, love the comment about Gill's pillow, 'Copper'.
maybe you should call it Eddie, I'm good at sending people to sleep, I
If it makes Gill swear, she could call it Steve. I've been told that... allegedly I make people swear! It must be true, everyone says it... allegedly!!!
Steve (SteveCam)
Crikey. Well I sort of got there's more good stuff than not in all that. But is the teeth thing the same as, or similar, to ORN that can cause big problems to H&N patients, due to RT and then extraction of teeth within a certain time frame? Sorry, that was babble but you'll probably get the drift. I hope you don't lose your gnashers, obviously xxx
I can't sleep because of stress. I feel exhausted but am currently having a nightmare with my team and undergoing an official complaint. I've come off some medication because the idiots didn't check if it would affect my chronic illness and of course it has and Im now having to deal with that as well!
They don't seem to have any idea on how to move forward and I appear to be leading. What do I know? Am trying to organise a second opinion on top of everything else.
