“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

, I'm aware of the dilemma facing you sweetheart and what you've been through, and I'm truly sorry your HP didn't rid you of this awful disease for good. But I see in you an amazing strength and maturity, to guide you through whatever you decide. Well my friend, I'm not a big TV fan, but I loved Supernatural, and the walking dead - up to series 8, I think, but my fave is Lucifer
