Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I’m sure that’s all it is H has his ENT appointment next week doesn’t he ?
yes the dog training was fun. I’m not sure perform is the word I’d use .. more vaguely do what they’re told when fed copious amounts of treats.
Ok lovely, I’m going to read and try and get some sleep. Clocks going back makes no difference in our house I’ll still be up long before sunrise
Chat tomorrow. Xxx
Morning Helen
A smashing day ahead by the sound of it, so enjoy. No, the extra hour made no difference for me either, but I have lolled around and taken advantage, as once OH gets up the 'work' starts.
A joint of pork's going in soon for our Sunday dinner. Have a lovely day ️ xxx
Oooh lucky you two, roast pork and turkey, I'll be having a packed lunch on the train back to Donny, for lots of proddings and pokings tomorrow and Tuesday
, but returning Tuesday PM, with my eldest granddaughter and my 2 closest friends from the hospice
️, have a lovely time with your family Helen, and Gilly, you've not mentioned Filey for a while, I hope it's still on
, I've had to take the helicopter to Penzance, not my fave, but nice views xx

Morning Eddie
Much better than nice views - more like amazing, but I don't envy you the helicopter ride!
The Filey break's still on; we had to wait for others to return from their holidays first, but arranging dates for us are underway so they don't clash with appointments. You know all about that! We're in no rush, so whenever it happens.
Good luck with all the prodding and look forward to a return to paradise. Big hugs xxx
I thought you'd like all those beaches, with nobody on them, sadly no doggies either, the flight was ok, but I won't be eating for a few hours
, that's great the Filey ttrip is at the planning stage, indeed bloody cancer, but what a lovely thing to look forward too. I'm spending my 2 nights back at my youngests, and 6 grandkids
, and as she's a nurse I won't have to stop overnight in hospital
, XX
