Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Helen, the girls put "Help for the Holidays," on, the other night and I ended up putting my artwork down to watch it, how sad is that , PS we're watching Elf tonight
, Hi Gilly Gill H I deleted the pics, well one of the girls did, they deleted the wrong ones, sorry, your phones fine. XX
Your absolutely right my friend, I wasn't so sure as it's very late in the season for it to be flowering, but the micro climate of the Scilly's extends its flowering season well into October, I did ask the neighbours their definitely no gardeners, well done Gilly Titchmarsh, XX
Blimey, but I'm not convinced myself as there are lots of similar flowers there. There were loads of stunning shots of beaches and landscapes, so I got engrossed. What a fantastic place to be and no wonder you go there often. Keep having a fab time with the girls and pups xxx
