Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Well done you, but maybe you should resort to carrying a bottle around as if it happens again, a big snarling dog might greet you instead of an accommodating guy.
Anyroad, better luck in the league - we seem to have the form but the goals aren't going in. We'll be watching on Friday night, but West Ham aren't too cracky either so we might have a sporting chance.
Take care Steve xxx
Hi Jann
So how are you and me thinx I missed what you going through - If you want to update me I am here
I had womb cancer; a hysterectomy in July 2024 followed by radiotherapy then chemotherapy which finished in May this year. I'm mostly recovered from it all, just a couple of little niggles but nothing too serious.
I was going to return to work this month but on a recent holiday we decided that I won't as I'd not been to work for over 15 months.

so up to Tesco's now.
We've been to Tesco this morning too, we had breakfast while we were there

Our Tesco had a nice little cafe at first but they got rid of it about 12 years ago. The next closest Tesco has a Costa which I visit occasionally while trying to remember what the hell I had to buy in the store. I like the Costa in the hospital. It gives me something to look forward to when visiting A&E. Pity it closes overnight. I need to time my medical emergencies more carefully .
