Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Tilly, keep your diary up. I have kept one since the day I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, nearly 4 and a half years ago. My partner said "keep a' 'thought' diary".
Reading them back years later brings it all back, but most of the time, I can see it from a different perspective.
I'm on to diary no:23 now. I'm not going to stop.
Take care, both of you. Give your husband my best.

Morning Eddie. I'm not sure on the geography of Wales, but know Debs lives on the west coast, but not how far south. But like you said, you never know and could have a meet up one day, and that would be a treat as she's smashing.
Shopping to do now, so I'll make tracks and catch you later. Enjoy your day xxx
I'm sitting on a bench in town at the moment Eddie. No shops here for iPads so I'll have to order that by phone. Just the regular food shop and then home to do that job.
Aww Pops, the little treacle . I'm sure Debs wouldn't mind her but maybe the Leons could have other ideas.
Right, I've parked long enough, so up to Tesco's now. Boo! xxx
