Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Jann, we are all here for you my friend, and I'm sure Sarah and Gilly have helped as well, and if your mad then so am I, almost my bedtime too, so hopefully we both sleep well and we can catch up tomorrow. I took this photo a little earlier,
love Eddie xx
It’s one of my favourite Scottish words Gill! It just conjures up such a good feeling when someone says they’re giving you a bosie! I’ve always got plenty to give out to anyone who would like one.
Today I couldn’t find my phone…I’m forever mislaying things round the house, though sometimes I blame the cat for knocking it under my chair. But when I think back to when I had my stroke and couldn’t even remember my name and address for the doctor, I have improved a lot, and I’m very thankful for that!

That’s a great photo Eddie-did you take it on your phone or use an actual camera? It’s beautiful,
Sarah xx
I will try and help Jann-the forum can be confusing when you’re new and I understand it takes time to get used to.

Hi Jann. Gilly's having an off day, we all get them from time to time, I'm sure you know what I mean my friend, Gilly will be posting again before you know it, so no need to be concerned sweetheart
love Eddie xx
Eddie, just wow! Absolutely beautiful and what a treat to be able to look out on xx
Honestly, we're both ok. It was just a build up of things, GP not doing his job, me spending an inordinate amount of time chasing up test results, and the fact it was a year to the day this nightmare started. It's done now and tomorrow we start again, but thanks for your concern xx
Yes, you get yourself off, say hi to the girls and pats for the dogs, and I hope there's another gorgeous sunrise in the morning. Love and bosies xxx
Hi what is GillH going through - could not find the chat -hope whatever - tomorrow is another day & hope she copes - she knows we are all for her - send loads of love & sweet dreams xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Gill’s just had a rubbish day, Jann. Like we all do from time to time. I’m sure she’ll be back to her usual in a day or so.
Sarah xx
