Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I know you are trying to go but yesterday in Aldi a woman started to speak to me and then couldn't stop and I didn't want to stop her but a lonnnnng chat about her adored dog that had passed a few years back.
She was thinking of getting another but kC reg, docked tail etc.
For me, rescue is the best breed and please if you want to chop bits off let them be your own.
Ahem on that cheery note ...
Yup, I don't agree with lopping either. And I've always said to OH that if it ever became possible we'd go rescue. It won't happen if we get that flat as no animals allowed
I think may be sleeping too and certainly needs it.
Get yourself off too so you can be bright eyed and bushy tailed or at least awake in morn.
Nyt, sweet dreams
Dalmatians shed all year round, and the hair, which us a little like pine needles weaves into every material except denim and leather and is resistent to hoovering. The car has never been the same again since carrying Daizy and her predecessors. Henry's coat is a lot thinner and the hair is finer and tends to float when it comes away, so not good for asthmatics!
Tail docking is illegal these days in the UK and Ireland, except for medical reasons ... same with ears, except in the USA.
I don't know if I will get any more sleep tonight.
My eyes are still in a poor state, swollen and running uncontrollably, and my legs are particularly bad with soreness and cramping. I am now feeling very negative about mistakes over my care, and how I am being kept in the dark about what's happening or I am given contradictory information. I don't even know what stage my cancer is. I can't make arrangements to get to Dublin for the next step or get my head around whatever that is. I have been given phone numbers for the hospital but nobody ever answers.
I was given a 'blood envelope' after my last chemo (my details and what tests are to be done) but no mention of when I am supposed to get the blood taken, or why. The hospital is supposed to be ringing me next Wednesday but I don't know why. I'm going to have a lot of questions!
Oh dear. There is nothing worse than ifs and maybes and wooliness when you need definites and organisation.
Siiiiigh I need to try for some sleep. Been calming down after... well some would say nightmare... I would say between sleep and conscious state episode. Included trying to establish if I was awake and ... well I will leave it there.
Hope you have nodded off but sounds like your mind and feelings are whirling.
Have a to tuck under your pillow and a
which is best not tucked under your pillow.
Take care
