Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Awe
What was bunny called?
Remember you need sleep as you are off out in morn.
Cheers
The quiz last night was Halloween themed. No one told me it was the host's birthday or that it was fancy dress!
Anyway, what is UK's most watched Halloween film?
Cheers
OK, I'll make it quick then.
We didn't choose his name, Roger, as that was what next door looney named him. Little Roger was already about a year old when I demanded he was handed over and he'd been from pillar to post with a succession of losers. I assumed he'd already had other names so I didn't want to confuse him further and left it at that.
Once I'd gained his trust he'd always come to me when I called his name. We completely adored him and Eddie did us a painting from a photo I posted. Pride of place in our room now.
OK gurls, Carrie nearly finished so I'll turn in when it has. Night night hons and rest well. xxx hugs
I can't go till you've told me the film. Poltergeist?

Umm I didn't want to be left out
but fur looks very blonde and tongue
huge
Cheers
Awww ️ Stressy's?
Beautiful dog. My friend on the little group has just got a golden retriever pup. I'll ask if I can post a pic here tomorrow xxx
Last night's answer was Hocus Pocus. I have just looked it up, Hocus Pocus 2 is the most searched, Haunted Mansion most streamed and in England and Wales, Alien is popular!
I thought everyone had crashed or been d.
You going to be good and Zzzzz?
Cheers
Not yet.
Alien is my all time favourite sci-fi and I've got the uncut version on DVD. I must have watched it a million times...
Yeah, Stressy's rescue ... actually when he arrived his tail was very pale and looked odd. Couple of weeks and it matched the rest of him, I assume as he felt more and more secure and understood more about his new home, routine, expectations and could start to relax.
Awe your bunny sounds fab. Ooh yes puppy pic please.
Cheers
I'm so happy Stressy rescued that beautiful boy.
Yep, I'm sure Debs won't mind me posting a pic but I'll check before I do. Ella, her new puppy is scrumptious and beds down in the masses of fur the ginormous Leons wear. I'll ask if I can post one of those as well.
Guess Gill has crashed out xxx
