Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Land of the giants...
Looks glorious on your lane hon, but the best bit is Mr Dog xxx
It's lovely, hardly any traffic, and right outside my front door. I love it here, and it's the longest I've ever lived in one place by a long way. There's a lake across the fields, a stream runs by the house, and there are lots of animals to talk to. Except the mink. Those are best left well alone!
It sounds wonderful, Gill. I'm imagining your lane on a crisp, winter morning with the harsh sun glinting on the lake. ️
That's the waxing lyrical done so I'll get on with the evening stuff. We cooed over the pics of the pups, but maybe Daizy's feeling a bit miffed, not getting her close-up.
PS No emojies here unless I type what I'm after xxx
They're all gorgeous and just look at Daizy's beauty spots. Awww, she is a beauty.
There used to be a pair of dalmatians living nearby when my girls were younger, and we'd always make a fuss of them. They'd go crazy, jumping up and down by their gates, but we loved them and it was a feature when walking to school. Happy days xxx
