Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Crash on M62 snarled roads up so took longer to get home, but we weren't bothered.
Yeh, ultrasounds are better with them being in real time, but results will be sent to his team and will hear Monday if anything further to discuss. All that was on the screen was excess fluid from his lymphodema but we're waiting for a compression garment to arrive and see if that helps.
Oh, and a call from the clinical psychologist that OH's climbed up the waiting list and appointment booked for 25th November. It's all going on now.
No need to reply hon, but prolly chat later xxx
If being awake and coherent were criteria for being here there would be long silences

I have had my back to the wall doing a job in record time, 8 hours hard work with only 30 minutes for lunch. But it means I can eat next month.
I have a free weekend, apart from some admin. Oh, and I should clean the house. And do some ironing. So not really a weekend off.
More grrrs here, hon. Tried a couple of times to send post but couldn't get past robots and capchas so gave up. Then it appeared several mins later. Dunno if it's just me fighting hamsters but will try again later xxx
Ha ha, I hear you! Ooh look the emoticons have come back. So I don't need to be coherent!
Brilliant - more ears although fixed on a couple of pheasants in the field this afternoon.
