Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Lol. Not quite. Fully dressed, navy chinos and a pale tan short sleeved shirt. Carriage of food courtesy of a wheeled zimmer frame on free hire from the NHS with a tray top. Shuffled is an accurate description. xxx
Well see I then had to go look up Callard and Bowser too!
You are shattering the imagery! A holed sock! Mon Dieu!
Must be your valet's half day off!
Cheers
I was also briefly hamstered. I hope Gill ATW does not see that word. xxx
I was just wondering if had crashed when I was told she had reacted to a post. This may not be true given the vagaries of the site!
Cheers
Notifications are strange. Often, they get one of the repliers or reacters (reactors sounds too atomic) correct but then lump other members in if they have responded recently. All confusing or fictional, suggesting the patter of little furry hamster legs. xxx
When I moved to London to be a nanny many many moons ago I was absolutely fascinated by the people there.
The reason being that I kept spotting people I knew. Common sense told me it wasn't them purely based on logistics but these people didn't just look similar, they looked the same, wore the right sort of outfits, had the same gait and excess poundage etc.
I knew the phrase ' everyone in the world has a double somewhere ' but I didn't think they all lived in that there London
Cheers
