Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Doubles like that are fascinating. I've only seen three or four as I do not visit London very often. Mine were seen in Oxfordshire. I wanted to say hello. It seemed rude not to. It was only their total lack of acknowledgement of my presence which 'saved' me. xxx
I've woken up to something odd. My phone tells me it's 3 am. The (manual) clock on the wall says 4 am, because I haven't put it back an hour yet. So far so good.
But my clock radio says it's 2 am! It was correct when I fell asleep!
I might unplug it and plug it back in again.
No solution by switching it off at the mains and back on again. I've reset it. My radio had been on while I was asleep, maybe that sent an 'end of summertime' signal out 5 days late.
Radio staying off now, until it comes back to life just before 7 am.
I've seen my double on TV. Oh wait, that was when I WAS on TV.
Seriously, from time to time I see someone who looks like me on TV or online. But my famous great grandfather fathered a lot of children outside his marriage so the bloodline has been spread widely.
I thought the use of a noun as a verb, in this case in its past tense form, may have fallen into your 'irritants' category. Twas merely humour.
I'm in the process of switching off and going up to bed. I trust that you will also sleep soundly, having resolved the time variance between devices. I nodded off with earphones on, woke up, then saw your notification a split second before intending to press the OFF key (top right of Macbook Air keyboard. It is an unmarked key. Bloody annoying when pressed by accident). Thanks for the earlier chat content. Tea and PJs in particular was a good one. xxx
Cream soda was clear not like the green stuff.
Mmm. Proper cream soda with a blob of ice cream.

Morning all
I was up before 5am again and have skimmed through all your overnight posts.
All your talk about sweets and cakes is making this diabetic jealous. I have to leave sweet stuff for treats, maybe when we eat out. I really fancy a scone with jam & clotted cream now

I have enough trouble with my weight this year without eating cake and sweets, although the pharmacy sells sugar free boiled sweets which I like from time to time.
But I do eat biscuits ... fewer than normal but there are times when I want something sweet.
