Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Happy days indeed. I've lost two of my college friends to cancer in 2011 and 2019. I'm still in contact with the wife of one and one other college friend and his wife are also in touch once or twice a year. All other friends have either gone, lost touch or were work colleagues who I sometimes see, though not in the last few years. I do not have any friends locally but I've only lived here since the mid 1980s. It takes time to make friends . xxx
PS: Not forgetting my schoolfriend from the late 1960s. We have always remained in contact and still have long video chats at least once a month.
Hi Hun. The site has some technical issues and I think your post may not have been visible earlier rather than you were ignored.
I know how worried you get about your little one and hope you got some sleep.
I have to go but there will probably be a few day time chatters around.
Take care
Morning folks.
Apologies, came to chat after getting sucked in to watching surgery on tv and crashed before getting logged in!.
Clearly germs still lurking
Off to wellness cafe. Pumpkin carving
Cheers
Err has there really been no one around all day or is it site issues?
Cheers

Taxi to wellness cafe due to foot grief. Lots of kids there for the carving and plaster pumpkin decoration.
Arty pal commented that Stressy had smiled but I knew he was struggling with all the littlies and people.
At the point when it was finished and I had helped clear up he Def needed to go and ... discovered scooter had flat tyre and therefore imobile
His fixers are brill and came straight away pick it up and take away to fix but you can imagine his joy not to mention the unbudgeted for £90.
Cheers
Crumbs. That's the first time you've put Stressy and smile in the same sentence, even though it was a false flag.
No piccies of pumpkin carving or sweets in the offing? Maybe later?
