Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I left him walking back n munching a steak bake and I popped into shoe shop. Need something weatherproof, proof that will help duff foot.
Tried on just about everything apart from slippers... the thing that felt best was a really too big men's lightweight black effort. Ugliest thing in shop but sole like crocs.
Will go back wearing ordinary trousers to see how ugly as my dungaree baggy legs obliterated them from sight.
How has your day been?
Cheers
I didn't get to carve but hang on ...

Well yesterday I got a call from the letting agent (long established estate agents in town. I've bought and sold through them myself in the past). I digress.
Was told the flat will undergo redecorating and painting before any viewings but they like the sound of us as tenants very much, and was also told we're top of her list when viewings commence. She'd better be telling the truth!
So, if/when it happens, and we like it, I'll commit immediately and pay a holding fee while they run the checks. I'm a step ahead and looked up what they'll be looking for and got it all ready.
Then it'll be a waiting game to see if we pass muster. I'm impatient but if it goes pear shaped I'll keep going as I'm determined to move xxx
They're fab Shimmers, and the pumpkins weren't rubbish! I admire anything crafty and home made.
Well done you
