Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Goodnight. I am all excited about your possible move and planning a few raised planters and ... OK I will rein it in
Sweet dreams, nyt
Sacre bleu! You suprise me ...
Ooh I was just having a conversation about swearing ... swear words, expletives, and insults not being the same thing. It was in the context of behaviour considered unacceptable and swearing perhaps not being someone's most important problem, or even near the top of the list.
Cheers
Shimmers I'm still here as a favourite song came on just as I was about to turn the telly off.
Swearing can come in handy. When I was at school I was labelled a snob, top classes and all that. It could easily have spiralled into bullying as it was a tough school. Once I let rip with my wealth of swearing words, interspersed with multi syllable normal words, I was welcomed into the fold. Plus I had a mean right hook and used it!
Nyt hon xxx
Oooooh! ( Note to self: you weren't even considering it but definitely don't mess with Gill H )
I know it improves tolerance for pain n such. I suppose how we were conditioned to regard swearing colours our response and use. Ooh getting serious and you are off to the land of nod.
Nyt
