Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Now I can see this post!
Woooo. So any garden or outdoor space with this one being 'sorted'?
Cheers
This will outrage some people, but my Yorkshires arrive in a box from a supermarket freezer.
I'll see myself out.
You're not rambling hon. Say what you like, but don't do a Maria. I laughed at what she wrote xxx
No outrage about bought Yorkshires here Gill. Done it many times myself xxx
Yes Shims, there's outdoor space/shared gardens and designated parking for a car we don't have.
That's another pro as neither of us can manage the garden any more. But it's a sad pro xxx
Trying to be chronological here is like playing splat the rat!
Post are popping up in bits of the thread that we have moved on from and on a phone this means going back several pages, the only clue that we need to do this being other people referencing stuff we haven't seen or posts not making sense. Regardless of the sanity of the poster
Cheers
Maria swore, twice. I found it really funny as I do it on a smaller group where anything goes. I'm no lady...
I was wondering about the Maria reference too.
I know lack of response is difficult, but I could only see the 'no reply' post.
Cheers
yep, things are getting jumbled up, so I'm hitting the hay.
Night night hons, sleepy time for me. Sending you both hugs xxx
