Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening folks am feeling better YAY
I threw together some Halloween chocolates and fudge earlier. Share later.
Then I ventured out to walk Stressy's dog and yes it was slippery, yes there were wet leaves and mud but I slipped on !!! Why can't people pick up!!!
I am fine, I was on grass, I would have got style points on Dancing On Ice.
Cheers
Evening Shimmers ️
There must be an awful lot of dogs round your way, but exactly, those responsible for the hounds should clear up after them.
Oddly enough I only know of 5 dogs round here and they're not allowed to roam so no dog muck. It's a different matter much further down and the snickets are caked with the stuff. xxx
...And I should have added I'm really glad you're feeling better hon xxx
Evening
Well most folk here don't have gardens, it's all terraced cottages with yards. Those yards are often small as kitchen and bathroom extensions were added years ago.
Then in Stressy's, when he moved, he had to bring the shed. It houses his mobility scooter and there is a lot less space than old place. Add in his numerous box and pot planters and basically the dog has to be taken out to perform.
There are beautiful old fruit trees on grass less than two minutes from house but clearly others who also walk their dogs or let them run about on this small space don't pick up!!! Even 3 dogs over a week could probably fertilise a cabbage field!
In the dark, among the heavy leaf fall you never know what's underfoot.
Tonight the dog was over excited by a smell, a bloke with a little dog on a long lead or loose, me in old trainers with no grip and dodgy foot ... what could possibly go wrong
Cheers
Awe you making me all mushy
I am really surprised at how my grot has suddenly lifted as it was a bit turbo charged! Let's hope it's not like the weather and merely a lull
Cheers
crumbs Shims, it all happens with you. What did i say about getting a torch, hmm?
Anyway, I got a bit nearer with flatwatch today but still waiting on a viewing. I'm a really impatient bod! Xxx
I am impatient for you. Why couldn't they fix you up a viewing immediately huh? Hmm? Huh?
Cheers
I'll tell you in the next post as I'm still so slow with the phone.
Coming up soon...
Don't they understand if you look at it at 9 you can sign by 10 and by 11 be drinking tea in it as you've brought your kettle n mugs n toilet roll in your handbag?
Cheers
