Are you having trouble sleeping?

Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.

“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

  • Wow sounds great to work with someone in Italy. Glad you smiled. I wrote a group message a min ago, must be getting sentimental. But just made up a little thought for the day there....

    Drank far too much coffee...

Good point, so much is emotional energy running in the back ground that's my theory and that's why the batteries run out after an effort its physical and emotional...

Sending hopes you can sleep later

Good luck doggy. Gill will be laughing so much as l am bursting to give you a nick name as l am inclined to do hoping to raise a smile can't hold it in Gill

Have a good evening Deputy Daug ...there its out there Grin

  • Hello Dingg. I can confirm it's scoffable. Still testing regarding the cream. It is sweet, so if you are diabetic best to look away or use special glasses. xxx

My clients are across Europe as far as Lithuania ... sadly I lost my Dutch client when the parent company went bust ... but not before I had a trip to Amsterdam to meet them. I went to Italy 5 years ago when I had 7 clients there, down to 2 now, in Milan and Bologna. They are lovely to work with.

I love the idea of a nickname. There's a pic of my dogs on my profile if you are looking for inspiration! Upside down

  • Hey Ray

Hubby was diabetic he confirmed if you eat the cake standing up its safe that goes for a sneaky pint too apparently...l agree if medical advice needed best check with GP but don't listen us old hippies on here  Wink

  • What a wonderful experience to visit all those places, l had to get a ship from Venice once with not long enough to look round sadly. Did you learn much of the languages on your trips?

Will try find profile pic of dogs ...not sure if you have encountered our famous loved Pippin on here and Sarah's cat?

Will go look for dogs pic ....

  • Evening Dingbat Relaxed️

Yep, Deputy Dawg is an awesome nickname! You've got a talent for producing them on the spot and i still think Ukiboyo when he posts Smile

Will you be out bat watching tonight hon, or is a bit wild? A damp squib here, as always, but my sister in Sheffield had thunderstorms! It's only about 40 miles away for crying out loud.

Dinngy, those robots, hell bent on taking over, are mainly run on lithium batteries and they take a long time to run down. Powerful blow torches might do the trick.

What's the weather doing at yours hon, as you're more likely to get the exciting stuff?

Did you ever give Brian Millibob a moniker? Hmm xxx
