Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Deputy,
What wonderful animals. I am so sorry they aren't with you at the moment...animals love us unconditionally and that love never dies even with a distance between them and us...many don't see the pure love they give, our guinea pigs had great love to share. When we had father and son piggies living together at one time, the father was ill and the look in the son's eyes, he loved his father so much, to share our lives with our pets is a great gift that doesn't go away
Did you ever see the film Incredible Journey where the dogs travelled a mind boggling distance to get home .....
Sending hugs xx
Evening Gill ️
All OK at yours hon? Has the wind piped down much cos not doing a great deal here?
My best mate at work was Dutch and she taught me several words. Can only remember a couple now xxx
I find Dutch fairly easy to follow in writing (just strip out the excess vowels) but as soon as they speak, I am lost!
Weather wise, the sun has peeped out cautiously from time to time, then sudden violent wind and lashing rain takes over. All my trees are still standing. The worst of it was south of here. More to come tomorrow.
Kez hon, I am actually joyful at the thought but us vampires do love our dark and gloomy weather.
No mad mood today hon, and I'm trying to keep a lid on it - I'll settle for being barking mad instead.
Ooh, a big gust of wind just now...must have snuck down from bonnie Scotland. Cheers! XXX
Stand firm, trees
I hate to see them storm damaged
