Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Butterflies are flying flowers, Gill. Gorgeous little creatures.
Wasps - the only things on the planet I'm truly afraid of, and if you attempt to put one to the sword, and don't quite manage it, something alerts nearby squadrons and sorties can ensue. You have been warned ️
What a lovely dog. I tried to acquire a rescue greyhound some years ago, but the vetting system considered me to be 'unsuirable' despite 35 years of responsible dog ownership, working from home, no young children and an acre of fenced land. I gave up after thst.
Sorry to hear the counselling is taking so long. I think there are so many people needing help and they just can't cope. I think think this problem needs to be addressed and maybe with cancer patients there is a need for psychological support to run alongside cancer treatment. Send OH all my love and hugs and you too Gill.
Doh some post from earlier have just appeared so hope no one feels ignored or leap frogged. You weren't visible to me, honest
Cheers
Let's all meet up on the page 2000
