Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thanks Sonia hon, but we all get times like this, unfortunately
At the mo I'm getting to grips with everything on my list and ticking them off. Icicles need to thaw yet as I'm forcing myself to speak to OH - his 'help and support' in these situations is zero! I've told him to clear off to mother's, and not to return till dark, but he's not bouncing with joy at my suggestion. Wonder why that could be?
Anyway sweetie, don't you worry about us as you've got precious sleep to catch up with, so get comfy and snooze Lots of love

Hello Sophsea, and welcome to the group.
So sorry to hear that your treatment's making life difficult for you, but hopefully things will improve sooner rather than later
If you've read my previous posts then ignore them sweetheart. I've been a grumpy old boot but trying to get my frazzled head round the latest crap and normal service resumed, pronto!
Is there a clue in your username, that you live by the sea maybe Envious already if you do!
Sending you hugs wherever you might be xxx
Hey Gill H,
Its going to be a long journey thats for sure.
Haha I Haven't looked too far back on previous posts but you've got me curious so might do at some point!
You are correct i do live by the sea on the south coast. I do love it
Where abouts are you? Are you more rural, in the country? Or city?
Big hugs straight back at ya xxx
Hi Dogdays
Sorry to hear that you are feeling below par. Hope today is a better day for you. I can understand how you feel about your dogs. Here's a picture of my boy Chien, an English Springer Spaniel.

Hi Sophsea, and sorry for the late reply but I've been in the cookhouse, cooking.
Ooh I guessed right about you being by the sea then, and no wonder you love it! West Yorkshire for us hon, surrounded by 4 cities and nowhere near the coast unfortunately. It used to be semi rural where we live but most of the fields have been gobbled up with new housing estates, none of which are eye candy. Living coastal, one day maybe...
Anyway lovely, back to it for me, but i really hope you get some respite from what you're going through, soon. Dust off your Superwoman cloak and do battle
More hugs heading down to the south coast

He is gorgeous Daisy. I love springer spaniels. My son and family had one called Apollo for 13 years unfortunately he passed away earlier this year. He was absolutely brilliant with their 3 children ..so gentle with them. I’ve never had a dog myself but I loved Apollo.
