Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning folks..blink blink yawwwwn!
The rain most had during the day yesterday arrived here when most were sleeping.
I got to craft group yesterday with thoughts straying to Stressy. They were trying to find a fix for their leaking loo. The large concertina waste pipe had perished and the plumber is busy for weeks.
Amazingly after a trip to bnq and LOTS of struggling he appears to have managed to replace it
Off to wellness cafe this morning for arty pal's session.

Morning. How are you feeling now? Has sleep been rejuvenating at all? How is your throat?
Sometimes things are inexplicably difficult to locate and mysteriously turn up in places that were thoroughly checked several times
Cheers
Morning are you calmly getting all sorted? What time is your appointment?

Good Morning ShimmeringUnicorn
A quiet day today - I still work (not full time but am self employed) so have been in the office since 7,00am. I need to book a blood test today for a Consultants meeting.
I need to go into town to get a few bits as we are on holiday in Sussex next week. The dogs had his morning constitutional. I will be out with him later too.
As it's Wednesday, it's pub night with 2 or 3 of my mates for a few pints in "Coffin dodgers corner" as the young lads call us! Happy days!!
Enjoy your day, the sun is trying to break through the clouds in Lancashire at 8.15am.
Kind regards - Brian.
