Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Gill
Have you got a spare pair? I'm as blind as a bat without my specs, so hope you find them soon. xxx
Sounds like you've got a glasses grabber! My eyes have got worse with age but the cheapo's bought otc do the trick.
Sorry for the snail mail but still getting to grips with the phone. Sigh. xxx
Now found the good pair, but my local radio station has a theme every night at this time and tonight it's musical theatre. I hate musical theatre.
Where is Kingfishr when you want them?
YouTube. Loads of their 'songs' on there!
I can't stay up too late tonight hon, so hoping Shimmers will be back to keep you company. We've got the dreaded ENT clinic early afternoon but plenty of jobs to do in the morning first.
Ray might be around too unless he's devouring that tantalising cake. I had another look at it and drooled xxx
Aw thanks lovey, but I'm happy to hang around till another night owl flies in.
I think Ray's cake looks coffee flavoured? What do you reckon?
Tell you what's happened several times tonight...being asked if I'm human before being let back on the site. Dunno what's worse, that or being asked if I'm a bloke!
kooee! Yes I am here! So you can attempt to get your head down. You got all your questions lined up for tomorrow? Have you written them on your thigh so you can refer to them in situ? That would focus everyone's attention
Cheers
