Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

diagnosed with womb cancer 10 days ago
I had womb cancer, diagnosed in July 2024. After a hysterectomy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy I'm out the other side. I still have scans and checkups with my oncologist and surgeon.
Once you have a plan you know what to expect and when, it does make life a little easier.

Afternoon all
We've been to James' this morning for Alan to sort out their blocked washing machine, we got a call for help first thing.
I'm going to the dentist shortly to hopefully get my broken tooth fixed then we are back to James' after that to babysit while James goes to Remy's parent's evening at the nursery.
So all go today.

Thanks for the messages all.
I’m feeling super overwhelmed and scared but grateful for the kind words you’ve all shared.
I am staying at my parents house who are in their 70’s with my daughter since out of hospital on Saturday.
Back in hospital tomorrow for the day, to have SRS.
Hard to express how I am feeling, but like I’ve come so far just to be knocked right back again.
Hard to not feel sorry for myself … but know I have to muster the energy and motivation to carry on fighting … my daughter needs me.
15 tumours since my PET scan in February.. just got to keep fighting them .
Sending strength and hope to all here ️
️ xx
