Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I can't settle but will have another go now.
Ray, far too many things rattle me and I'm going to have to control it as I'm very far from perfick!
Thanks hon, it's great news about Eddie and I hope it carries on
Shimmer, nyt again hon as it's lights out here.
Derek's about but he is 8 hours behind us crackpots. Night all xxx
So how is your plumbing sir?
What are we listening to? Should I let you get back to it?
Cheers
Madam, thank you for asking. It is working without worrying colours but still very sensitive to pressure changes. It's a common after effect when I have a catheter change.
Music is a you-tube playlist generated by its guess at my musical preferences. I have had to terminate a couple but it's currently playing The Brilliant Green: Yesterday (no relation to the Beatles track). xxx
Koo! Glad things are improving though it sounds like you just get everything settled when you have to unsettle it all again.
Don't know this music. I will take a peek.
Hope your list is better than the ' we think you will also like' suggestions when purchasing on line. How does a bondage chair get generated from buying a comb?
Cheers
Lol. My daughter used to use my Mac to search for dresses and female attire when visiting me. I had adverts for similar for years afterwards. The algorithm is not very clever. xxx
I don't know what I had done or once said, but I had a spate of ads for 'up for it over 40 females in your area'. Umm ...
Cheers
Perhaps the ever increasing knowledge and common sense of AI will give us a better set of advertisers if we have to suffer them. I generally close them out by paying or by software. xxx
Trouble is, I am not really in the market for much. My phone service provider knows I am not interested in a new phone this century but it is like I can't really mean that or will change my mind when they show me them again and again.
Same with surveys about tech. There is never a box saying, don't own , don't wish to own and will not soon own'.
Cheers
True. I have only owned two mobile phones, neither being smart or with cameras. The snag is that the world has moved on and I keep getting asked to 'download the app' or looked at rather strangely by younger generations who can't understand how I can survive without being hunched over a phone all day. I often joke (?) that keyboards lack a f*** ..f key for use when a website intrudes with unwanted offers or options. xxx
