Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Helen and Shimmers ️
We were watching that earlier, and now OH's gone up I might put it back on more wailing
HI, I had a possible hacking issue with Google PWM a while ago, so disconnected it. I had a look at the Samsung version, but you need your pw to access it!
I've been working today and it's the last day of steroids and the first day of my lifetime doses of thyroid tablets. So my brain is frazzled and I feel quite ill tonight.
Oh dear, hon. Not great but fingers crossed the soft food will help clear it up soon.
Lots of phone problems here so if a post doesn't make it through then that's the culprit xxx
Cripes! OH never got OT but I was advised he lay off sugary stuff if he did. Dunno if that's the case with yourself
Yesterday I passed him his board and asked him to listen to something on YouTube. No clues as to what it was or why, but I played that Sun Always Settles tripe.
His reaction was puzzlement followed by a crinkled up face and he wrote:
2/10. Crap!
You've got another convert
Good lass
Talk of food has made me realise I didn't have any supper as I was in a shocking mood earlier, so I'm off to make a snack now.
Be back in a bit if phone/site doesn't start playing silly beggars xxx
Awe you seem under siege health-wise. I was just looking up otc in your area and unfortunately Daktarin isn't currently available.
You can't access your GP's out of hours service? Internet mentions web clinics to get a script sent to pharmacy? I am sure you are aware of your options.
OT is one of those that gets you when you are already running on empty so it makes you feel even more pants.
Ooh honey is fab as it fights on lots of fronts.
I was got in hospital. I was told major surgery creates an open goal immune wise. There was me roaming the hospital among sick folk and the germy general public
I had to keep pointing out to staff that the one squirt of throat spray given was best as the LAST thing in my gob after I had swallowed other stuff as surely it would be just swished away otherwise!
Cheers
