Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Not what you wanted to hear but at least it's now being investigated. So good that you are being wrapped in a parental blanket.
You have been given so many lovely hugs, put this one in your cupboard for later and have this for now
Cheers
Evening Shimeroo
Good job you've brought some new sheets of stickies as I've been dishing em out left, right and centre! Got some in stock now.
Was it today you went to the arty thing as I've lost complete track? xxx
Hi and welcome. It's completely understandable that you feel vulnerable. Have your medical team advised you on any appropriate precautions you may need to take?
Tell us a bit about yourself. Are you in the UK? Do you have anyone around to support you?
How are you feeling in general?
Cheers
