Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Kez
Aw, spending the day with your niece and little scamp will have been smashing and if the weather was the same as it was here, well, no complaints as it was warm and sunny
After doing all the usuals I decided to sack off the rooting about as it could wait for today... and maybe tomorrow
I'll need to motivate and move myself again else there'll be no laughing round these parts!
Glad you're keeping well sweetheart and take things easy xxx
Helen, I don't do public tears but no-one else was around when OH rang the bell as the nurse left us alone Nowt wrong with it anyway as it's an emotional milestone
I wonder what you had for your meal and if you'll be staying in the pub or motorhome tonight?
xxx
Aww lovey, here's an immediate virtual hug
Mind hon, like I've just said to Helen it's very emotional getting it over and done after so many weeks, and tiredness, stress and then relief will all combine. Tears are good hon, you did right to let them flow.
Now you get yourself comfy and wrap up warm. Sending you more hugs and 4 of Shimmer's stickies for each week you've just seen off
