Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I crashed clutching my phone. I think maybe a germ or two maybe lurking. Cold and yawned all day.
Oi! Poor Bruce! Fabulous story teller / recounter. Love Devil's and Dust album.
Sounds like could run the forum from her office!
Cheers
The site might run better! It's doing annoying things tonight on my phone. Again.
If you see my missing photo, a yellow cottage style house, tell it to get over here where I can see it.
Omg, that's the same one (live) that I just managed about 20 seconds of before I gave up on it!
Yep, awful and the thought of being forced to attend one of their concerts would have me beating my way to the nearest cliff edge!
Here's a thing. OH loves The Pogues so he'd probably think they're fab!
I might try that out tomorrow...play him a sample and ask him to write down what he thinks. He's obviously never heard of them so I'll report back at some point tomorrow. Today even xxx
Did you forget to chant the incantation when you tried to post?
Cheers
Get well soon hon
Re BS. What is that dross he wails out, Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, all about?
Ears are assaulted annually with Brucie sounding like he'd just necked 3 bottles of Johnny Walker's finest in the recording studio! Or under a bridge on skid row with all his pals egging him on.
Nope, don't rate him and never will.
Soz Shims but I've never been a yes man. Or woman.
Are you allowed to take Lemsips hon? xxx
I can't keep my eyes open and annoying annoying black date box has appeared obscuring the typing space in reply so I am saying Nyt.
Gill H very useful trolleys don't have to be tartan or pulled. Please do look at all of your stuff before making decisions. Slow but gone forever is longer.
there is no end to your talents, which instruments do you play?
RayMK I know you were lurking earlier, hope you are sleeping.
Nyt folks, sweet dreams eventually
Night night Shimmer and I am being very careful with what we're hanging on to. Keeping plastic toys from 2p shovers is a step too far, even if they have been in the family for 15 years plus.
Sweet dreams pet xxx
Sheesh ... my last post mentioning Ray... how on earth did those words appear as I love you the most before I went back and forced it to let me correct?
Yeah might try a cold cure whatsit next bathroom trip as it's through kitchen.
Nyt
I thought it a bit brazen, declaring your love for Ray on a public forum! Whatever will folk think?
Nyt pet, hope you feel better quickly xxx
