Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Well done. It’s a great feeling to get it finished. x
Evening Julie
I made a reluctant return to Clearance City and duly conked out afterwards, so apologies for this late reply
I was about to give my take on the hackneyed predictability of Christmas movies but then saw Shimmers had beaten me to it... she's clearly an avid devotee of said fillums.
Got to admit it, they give me a fuzzy glow but only if it's damp, dark and dirty outside. ️
For real class the season isn't complete without the annual showing of Scrooge, starring Alastair Sim. Humbug!
Not to you Jules, I hasten to add, as I hope you have a comfortable evening and as good a sleep as you can manage, sweetheart xxx
Hello again everyone, I've been away for a while as I was having some relationship difficulties and dealing with an alcohol problem . I still haven't adopted another cat even over a year since Leo left us , but on a very positive note my cancer remains In remission , it will be 3 years in April . All my very best to everyone
