Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Gill
If you saw my post to Shimmers you'll know I'm getting seriously cheesed off with the glitches. I've been in and out like a fiddler's elbow this last hour so I'm retiring for the night.
You get a drink and try to get back off hon. Night night and sweet dreams when you drift off xxx
I didn't look at the 'social' media stuff but it doesn't sound good!
Ok you find something to sooth your fevered brow, nyt
Awe don't be getting tearful. I posted a quick pic of some super quick Halloween chocs I whipped up. Yes I know caffeine but also oxytocin
Nyt
Thank you, I haven't read all the posts but isn't it ironic (and annoying) to come across glitches during the night on a thread where the subject area is being unable to sleep? When those who can't sleep most need the interaction? Or am I missing something?
I now have a drink, the washing machine is chugging away on cheaper electricity overnight, so all is well, apart from being awake.
sssshhh you may be trying to sleep so just saying Nyt.
I will report the hide n seek issues
Sweet dreams
Ooh there you are. I have made the point that a clunky site or one with access issues is not good for people reaching out for the first time or those trying to support someone in crises.
Yes, the issues seem to be very prevalent overnight... very ... ironic ... or annoying for an overnight thread!!!
Ok let us both try for a snooze,
Nyt
Shimmers and me have had a similar conversation before, Gill.
We even mooted new titles for the thread, albeit tongue in cheek, but it definitely needs fixing.
Anyway hon, I've been awake since about 5.30 this morning so tiredness has gripped me by the gizzard.
I'm definitely going to settle down and dream of Shimmer's Halloween chocs, even if they're packed out with caffeine. Night girlies, see you later on today xxx
