Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Isn't it strange how despite previous experiences we still repeat things hoping for a different outcome. Like a McD will be like welcome food
Cheers
I've just been attacked by a hamster so I'll double up while I'm in with a chance.
Ray, your tranquil life is to be savoured as you wouldn't relish the chaotic shambles that Shimmers and me sometimes need to negotiate.
Talking of relish you should have taken that burger back to McD's and pulled out the invalid card. Could have got a freebie. Google Garibaldis and check out places in your area that might stock them.
Shims, although your parky/Stressy moving house drama was hilarious I'm a bit nervous about our situation now. What if summat goes awry? No! Stop that, it won't.

Hamsters
Ooh look at the time! Well I think I will just wait to see if the post wanders in at some point.
@RayMK is it a local Garibaldi dearth you suffer? I don't think they are officially on the endangered list?
Cheers
You are you. If you want a drawer emptied it will be emptied ... and you will decide as you go keep, give, chuck. Simple!
Unless OH is going to leave you waist high in other stuff that they are doing nothing with... which I doubt?
Cheers
Yes hons, we're well past the witching hour and I need to dig some fresh soil for my crypt.
Good luck for later on Sonia, Gill and Julie and that's another day nearer to your goals, plus anyone else needing things done.
Night night Shimmers and Ray, hoping you both have spider free shuteye and a peaceful snooze.
Hugs, thanks and love all round xxx
PS re clearance.
OH has accepted that everything that isn't used goes, including his Wisden cricket something or other books they've out cluttered themselves xxx
Getting cross at the so sadly I am going to bid you goodnight.
Hope the McDs doesn't bite you in the night
Nyt sweet dreams
They breed them in Italy. All the local supermarkets suddenly stopped stocking them about 3 months ago. Tesco is trying to push fig rolls but no one is buying them except one very old lady who swears that they keep her motions going. This is an assumption. I have noticed just one pack taken from the shelf every week but not actually seen an old lady. Perhaps she has already had to rush off to the facilities when I shop there. I'm still having to kneel down to reach the currant scones on the bottom shelf. People just see an old bloke apparently praying for something. xxx
